Because we have so much experience with campaigning, we know what you need and how to get it done quickly.

  1. Your team submits requests via Slack, email, or form. Could be tech questions you need answered, a campaign that needs to be built in ActionKit, a petition delivery that needs to happen, or help finding out data that funders need.
  2. We typically process requests within a few hours. (Faster, if needed.) Our team will process your requests one at a time, which helps to manage our workload. You can tell us if you need something fast (rapid response campaigns FTW!) and we'll reprioritize.
  3. We deliver your completed request. Answers and finished products come back in your requested format. Let us know if you need tweaks and we'll assist.

With over 13 years of experience in the campaign space, Jordan is an operations guru, technologist, and expert at helping campaigners eliminate obstacles to their work. He is formerly the Director of Operations at CREDO Action, where he managed the deliverability for an email list of more than 5 million members, administered tech tools (like ActionKit, Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, Trello, Airtable and others), facilitated team hiring and onboarding, wrote activism content for CREDO Mobile customer bills, project-managed software engineering, managed logistics for the CREDO Donations granting process, and much more. Since CREDO Action closed in January 2020, he has been working with other organizations to simplify processes, launch campaigns, hire new team members, and even run a phonebanking program in the 2020 election.
